Sometime last year, I visited Anawangin, along with Camara, and Capones Island on a tight 1500 peso budget. Including bus fares, food, tent, and every single centavo spent that day.
It is no secret, that Anawangin is undeveloped. No fancy hotels, no buffet breakfast. The beauty of Anawangin though lies in its virgin innocence. Away from the hustle and bustle of urban living and its superficiality. You'll have to set up your own tent, cook your own food, and thrive for survival. Kidding :p Blame my poor retention skills for depriving you of a budget itinerary, and budget saving tips. But this should be enough to convince you to visit Anawangin along with its neighboring islands.
Just thinking about it, my Olympus cam didn't do THAT bad after all. hahaha
